The River Dell Golden Hawks(3-1) blew right past Parsippany Hills Vikings(0-4) 29-0 for their second straight win at River Dell High School in Oradell, New Jersey.

River Dell received the opening kickoff and quickly advanced the ball down the field by running the ball effectively. A 33-yard pass from quarterback Zion Yoon to wide receiver Tyler Datz set up first and ten at the ten-yard line.

The Golden Hawks found the end zone on a one-yard touchdown run by Zion Yoon. For the second consecutive week, placeholder Ashton Pastore handled a high snap on the extra point kick and then ran the ball in for the two-point conversion that made it 8-0.

Later in the quarter, River Dell widened the gap to 15-0 on a nine-yard touchdown run by running back Chris Kelm.

A botched snap on Parsippany Hills attempted punt set up the Golden Hawks’ offense deep in Vikings territory.

Kelm tallied his second score in the second quarter on an eight-yard run, which boosted the Golden Hawks’ margin to 22-0.

Late in the third quarter, River Dell closed out the scoring as Zion Yoon notched his second rushing touchdown with a two-yard score.
